Taverner

This family originates from early 1700 in Coleshill before moving into the city in the 19th Century.

Charles Thomas Taverner was short lived and died leaving a young family. The first child Charles George was recorded living at with Mary Ann (Flavell) his sister in the 1891census but died later that year. Lucy and Albert were taken into the Bluecoat school in Birmingham in 1904 when their mother Lucy became ill.

Chamberlain

This family originates in Coventry and moved into Birmingham. George was a carpenter but the rest of the family were employed in the brass industry and jewellery manufacture.

Harris

The family were located in Eynsham until early 1800s when they moved to Kidlington.

The female lines of Herbert and Batts all originated from the Oxford area.
